The SailHouse cottages come in several different floor plans, ranging from the cozy 928 sq. ft Carriage Houses, to the 2,240 sq. ft. Cottage Homes. Carriage House plans range from 2-3 bedrooms, with 2 baths and garage or carport. The Cottage Homes are 3 bedroom, 2.5 baths with optional carports. All units offer spacious porches and open balconies, and are designed for safety with a hurricane strapping system and 170 mph rated windows. Inside, there are wood floors throughout, made from 2 x 6 tongue and groove yellow pine. Ceilings on the first floor are 10’ with 9’ doors, while second floor ceilings are a generous 9’. The kitchens feature granite countertops, upgraded stainless-steel appliances, and custom cabinets with European-style hidden hinges. Travertine tile lines the master bath and all baths have walk-in tiled showers.
